Warranty
We value the trust of our customers and provide warranty on equipment and work performed in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, including the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.
Equipment Warranty
Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty in accordance with warranty conditions established by the manufacturer, technical documentation and current Ukrainian legislation.
The warranty period depends on the type of product and is specified in:
- the warranty card;
- the invoice;
- the technical documentation;
- another document attached to the product.
The warranty period starts from the date of transfer of goods to the buyer, unless otherwise provided by the contract or legislation.
Warranty on Installation and Service Work
A contractor’s warranty is provided for installation, setup and commissioning work.
If defects related to the quality of work performed are identified, our company undertakes to eliminate such defects within a reasonable time in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To receive warranty service, the buyer must:
- contact the service centre or seller;
- provide a document confirming the purchase;
- provide the warranty card (if available).
Equipment diagnostics may be carried out by an authorized service centre or company specialists.
Cases Not Covered by Warranty
Warranty obligations do not cover cases of:
- mechanical damage to the product;
- violation of operating, transportation or storage rules;
- self-repair or third-party intervention without service centre approval;
- damage caused by power surges, liquid ingress, natural disasters or other external factors;
- natural wear of consumables and components.
Additional Terms
Warranty service is carried out in accordance with the equipment manufacturer’s conditions and current Ukrainian legislation.
Consumer rights provided by Ukrainian legislation are not limited by the terms of this warranty.
